PALMETTO GOLD CLUB
UPCOMING CLASSES AND PROGRAMS
Adults ages 55 and up are welcome to join our activity club, with many activities being offered weekly and monthly. If you are interested in learning new crafts or hobbies, joining our fitness and exercise classes or would like information on topics such as health care, self defense, scam alert, identity theft, financial security and more, then this is the place for you!
Our club membership includes many of these opportunities with your monthly club membership of only $20.00. Our instructor-led classes are offered at different times of the day and evening, so there should be something suitable for everyone's schedule. These classes have a monthly fee in addition to your club fee, but are very reasonably priced. You are welcome to try a complimentary class and meet the instructor, to find out if it is the one for you. Just call or come by and add your name to the class list.
We have asked visitors to our center to let us know what they would like to see offered here. In addition to the seminars and fitness classes, we found out that Line Dance, Bingo, Ballroom Dance (salsa, tango, rumba, waltz, etc.), flower arranging and art classes are some of the other things that many people are interested in. These classes will be coming soon, so make sure you are on our mailing list for updates, newsletters, and special events we will be offering.
There will also be monthly brunches or luncheons for club members, a book and coffee club, and a morning walking club. We are looking forward to getting our club up and running with all of the activities we are offering. As you know, Fall is a beautiful time of year, with cooler weather and changing leaves on the trees. Now is the time to do something for yourself and join other active fun-loving older adults as you enjoy all of the exciting things going on at Palmetto Activity Center.
We welcome any suggestions you have for additional classes, seminars or programs we don't currently offer. Our goal is to make your visit as pleasurable as possible, and have you come back to visit us often. "Your satisfaction is our business!"
